Are you feeling overwhelmed by the changes in the Police Recruitment process?

The face to face Assessment Centre you were going to prepare for: the Day One; SEARCH or PSNI Assessment Centre, is no longer going ahead due to the COVID 19 Pandemic.

The College of Policing has now developed an Online Assessment Process, which requires the sort of preparation and practice 100’s of Bluelight Clients are already going through. For:

Stage 1 – Learn how to ‘imagine yourself being the best version of your future Constable’ to prepare for the Situational Judgement tests

Stage 2 – Using the SAARL structure (forget STAR!) and the questions that are highly likely to be asked (with over 30 years of experience in this field it isn’t hard to predict them and the supplementary points) to prepare the perfect 5 minute to camera answer. Remember – there is no assessor watching you live – you are uploading a recording of your answer.

Stage 3 – Using Advanced Police Community Engagement and Problem Solving techniques to develop a plan based on TEPAC: Trust Building, Enforcement, Prevention, Advocacy and Communication.

The webinars include access to the new online course material and access to a Private Facebook Group exclusively for course members. This is where you can arrange to practice with each other, share ideas with fellow course members and access the recordings of the webinars.

To join this webinar based service you will need a device with a camera and microphone. Mobile devices, tablets and desk/lap tops will all work.

Click on Option 1 below to purchase – once you have made your purchase email info@bluelightconsultancy.com with your choice of course number.

The courses fill fast, especially now Bluelight has been chosen as a preferred provider of Positive Action Support for candidates applying to Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Police.

Please note – the new material is currently in the Client Only Facebook Group, which you will be invited to join once you make payment

NEW – If during 24 hours of paying for this service you decide it is not for you,  we will refund your fee in full, no questions asked!

NEW – if after attending the initial introductory webinar you feel this is not for you, we will refund the webinar part of the programme (£100)
