The Police Virtual Assessment Process Interactive Webinar Course

If you are working towards attempting the Police Online Assessment Centre (OAC), and want to pass with a high mark first time round, then these interactive webinars are exactly what you need.

Bluelight founder, Brendan O’Brien, has been coaching and supporting people through the Police Recruitment Journey for almost a decade with stunning results – over 10,000 people are now in the police service as a result of his support, and over 800 people have attended the interactive webinars, resulting in only 9 reported fails after the OAC.

The online course that is combined with these webinars (which you can read more about here), as well as access to the Facebook groups that go alongside the two, will provide all the information and support you need to pass with flying colours – and if you don’t, we are happy to provide you with a full refund.

What will I get?

In this package, you will gain access to the full online ‘Police Online Assessment Process’ course, as well as four amazing webinars to compliment the different stages of the course. Here’s what you will learn in each one:

Webinar 1

– Introductions (you’ll be part of a team!)

– Developing a structure for Stage 2 ‘Interview’ answers

– How to manage the Situational Judgement Tests by becoming the ‘best version of your future Constable self.’

Webinar 2

– How to use the SAARL interview answer structure (forget STAR!)

– Learn the questions that are highly likely to be asked

– Practice the perfect 5 minute ‘to camera’ answer

Webinar 3

– Using advanced Police Community Engagement and Problem Solving techniques you will interact and develop a template through a case study similar to the one you will write about in the Stage 3 Written Assessment.

Webinar 4

– Building on the Problem Solving techniques introduced in Webinar 4, you will practice 3 minute ‘to camera’ answers to questions about a developing Community Policing scenario

Alongside the webinars, you will be invited to join a private Facebook Group, which is exclusive for each course. Here, you can practice with others, share ideas with fellow course members, and access recordings of the webinars.
